Returns & Exchanges
At Lions Clubs International, we take pride in the quality of our official merchandise and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 30 days of receipt provided they are in their original, unused condition.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our Member Services support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are attached, and clearly write the issued RMA number on the outside of the box.
Ship the Items
Send your package via a traceable shipping method to our distribution center; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement items within 7-10 business days.
